A trip up to Silverstone to meet up with some friends and watch Team Tiger's Mantis in the British GT championship. Unfortunately, it turned out to not be Tiger's day. They had problems during qualifying and had to start at the back of the grid in both races. Then, during the first race they were pushed in to the gravel and got stuck for three laps! A bit annoying when you've just fought your way from last to 3rd!

In the second race, not only did the heavens open but a Lamborghini Diablo dumped a long streak of oil around pretty much the entire circuit! So quite a few people went sliding. Also, the safety car at one point decided to pop out half way down the field and held up the back racers for several laps whilst the front cars were free to hurtle round and catch up virtually a lap ahead!

Ah well, at least it was fun for the spectators!
